- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪12 years a customer and one auto claim this past summer when some ran into my car in parking lot ..the claims process was convoluted, lengthy, and not transparent...when I complained to Suozzo about this process- was told they would look into it and I never heard from them again ..so canceled my policies with them and went with another company (at far better rates)...a month after I had canceled -they took the again took the premiums out of my checking account and now are refusing to return them...in addition- since I had no idea the money was coming out- the bank had to use my overdraft protection to cover checks coming in -and I occurred $170 in bank fees so those checks would not bounced....multiple calls to the agency..Suuozzo would not take the call and no one would ever return the call...bad service, bad people- take your business somewhere elseOctober 03, 2017by Jim Foley
